Give Snus.com are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect addresses supplied or unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the purchaser.
Same-day orders are generally processed immediately, and cannot usually be changed. Due to the speedy distribution time we are unable to cancel or change orders already in process, en route or delivered. To cancel or change an order that has not been processed, please email us immediately so that we can check the status of your order.
We are unable to guarantee delivery at an exact time when we are following the Swedish post office approximate delivery times. We are therefore unable to deliver with a certain time period so make sure that you order in sufficient time.
