How will the box look where the gift is shipped in?

I do not see the country to send to in your delivery list. Does it mean you do not deliver there?
Unfortunately, if the desired destination is not in our list are we are unable to deliver there.
How do I pay?
You may pay with Visa, MasterCard or Eurocard.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
An order confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been placed.
Will I receive a shipping confirmation?
A shipping confirmation will be sent to your email as soon as the order has been sent from us.
Can I attach a personal note with my order?
You are welcome to attach a personal note to your order. If you choose to you can do so on the order form during the ordering process.
Can you guarantee a specific time of delivery?
We cannot guarantee a specific time of delivery. We follow the Swedish post office approximate delivery times.
How long is the delivery time?
An approximate postal service according to the Swedish Post Office is 2-5 business days within Europe, 3-7 business days within the US and other countries 7-14 business days.
Is it possible to track the order?
Unfortunately you cannot track your order because your order is sent by the Swedish Post Office in a first class letter, which do not have any reference or tracking number.
Why do the prices differ within and outside the EU?
Snus sold to countries within the EU contains Swedish VAT and selected purchase tax. Deliveries to countries outside the EU are free from these taxes. If there will be any charge, taxes or duty in the country where the snus is being delivered, the receiver is responsible for these and will therefore be responsible for such a payment.
If I do not want to share my Credit Card data over the Internet, could you charge me over the phone?
We only accepts orders paid online with credit cards such as Visa, Eurocard, MasterCard. Read more under heading Secure payment.
Secure payment
You can use Visa, Eurocard, and MasterCard for payment.
We use Samport payment service for the electronic card transactions, which guarantee that the information such as credit card number and signature codes are handled securely. All transactions are sent through an SSL (Secure Socket Layer) - a secured server with password protection. Samport handles the information in confidence and we never take part of your credit card number.
Our internal system sends the transaction through a secure (encrypted) connection to a Samport Server and Samport performs authorization with the bank. With an approved authorization the amount will be reserved on your account and upon shipping the amount will be settled.
Payments are done by first choosing type of card and then completing your credit card number, the cards period of validity and CVV2/CVC2-code.
Why is my credit card not approved?
Please check that you have used a valid card such as VISA, Eurocard or MasterCard. If an error occurs it could be a problem with the connection with your card issuer's bank, it could be temporarily down when you try to pay. The card number and the CVV2 code should be written in an unbroken sequence (with no spaces). Also check that you have written the right CVV2 code (the three last card numbers on the back of your card) and that you have written the right Expire date of the card. Make sure that your card is valid and has not reached expire date and that you have money your account.
Please try to place an order later and if the error still shows up, please contact your bank.
I have not received an order confirmation.
When you place an order an order confirmation is automatically sent to the entered email address. If you have not received one it could be because you have written the incorrect email address or the email could have been filtered by your spam protection on your email software, please check your spam folder. If you cannot find it please email us your correct email address again and we will send you a new order confirmation. If you are using a Hotmail account or any other web based email you might have to add our email address info@GiveSnus.com on your safe list.
What import rules and duty regulations are applicable for my/my receivers country?
We ask you to look into the current import rules and duty regulations for the receiving country, we are unable to comment on country specific customs regulations and requirements at GiveSnus.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you are aware of and understand the customs and tax regulations for snus and tobacco in the country of destination for your order. You also confirm that you are aware of and understand that the receiver is responsible for paying duty, taxes and fees that are applicable in the country of destination for your order. GiveSnus.com will not compensate for any confiscated or missing deliveries.
Could I cancel my order?
Orders are generally processed immediately, and cannot usually be changed. Due to the speedy distribution are we unable to cancel or change orders already in process or orders that have been sent. To cancel or change an order that you have not received a shipping confirmation on, please e-mail us immediately so we can check the status of your order. If the order has not been processed we will accept the cancellation/change.
If you by mistake have ordered the wrong snus or changed you mind we will not accept returns or replacements. Swedish snus is a perishable item that can not be sold again. The same applies if there is any damage or loss that is out of our control during shipping.
